Custom rejection messages for clubs

I would like to suggest a feature for the clubs application.

There should exist the possibility of creating a custom rejection forum for each club.

Whenever a user tries to join a club, if the request is rejected, he will receive a message or email with a custom rejection message that each club should have in its settings.

Right now, the user will receive a custom non-personalized message regardless of the club or the reasons why his request was rejected.
