Dangerous PHP Functions Enabled notification?

I keep getting this notification in my admin panel. I'm on shared hosting, and I'm not sure how to sort this out?

Where would I go to fix this issue?

You would need to reach out to your host. While these are not required to be disabled, it’s a good thing as a best practice to do.

There is no way of disabling them through like a PHP_Ini file or through CPanel?

Your hosting provider/server administrator would be able to inform you the best way to disable them on your account/server.
