Mark H Posted November 8, 2022 Share Posted November 8, 2022 You're not logged in with a customer or alternate contact account, and support can only be provided to the account/license holder, or a designated alternate. The owner of the site would need to post in a relevant section of our community for assistance with the issue, or add you as an Alternate Contact within their Client Area.
