If you decided to send an alert on locking the topic, and you toggled "Send an Alert to member" on After that you decided to Hide or Move it instead, you cannot toggle the "Send an Alert to member" on Hide or Move on unless you go back to Lock or any option you toggled on first to turn it off or refresh the page.
