Please assist with a way to remove Rule-Awarded Badges from the DB in a safe way, since I am unable to do this from the ACP for some reason. It's stuck on a few admin profiles and will cause questions. OOtB Rules have been deleted and replaced with only points-aw2arding Rules. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.
