It should indeed insert that html. Have to checked to make sure you are looking on the correct theme? Also, are you logged in on the front end? (so you are not seeing guest cache)

Yes, I have only active theme, I am logged in on the front and tried two installations on different servers and have the same.

I put there simple text or html and it won't show on front-end at all.

We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.

We look forward to further assisting you.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.

Thanks, I tried it on two independent boards, it seems to work. I have to hit Clear System Caches in Get Support section after each save of Header and Footer in Theme. Then I see changes on front-end.

Do you still have to do this with the recent version?

Yes, after clearing cache I see changes on front-end, try it on my board, you should have still access.

Is this for guests on the front end?

Posted

Yes I tested it as Admin and Guest too. I see changes in my own header after Clearing System Caches.

I don't know if this works now correctly, but for me any problem. More CMS works in the similar way.
