Upgrade to PHP 8 *almost* went well

Hi Guys,

The upgrade to 8.0 is almost done. The site loads and runs fine. BUT I can't do anything in the admincp, I get fatal errors.

The issue is the cached plugin file "template_0_77e511f3f597b974567a95c3a1860bbf_plugins.php" - it is throwing an exception;

"PHP message: PHP Fatal error:  Unparenthesized `a ? b : c ? d : e` is not supported"

I thought I disabled all the non 8.0 supporting plugins and apps, but I guess not.

I went through the DB to disable all the plugins. I left the applications because the update to 4.7.2 that I only did this morning already disabled all non 8.0 applications.

I then deleted the contents of the cache tables (I made backups of each).

I don't know what I can do now as I can't get into the cp to clear the caches or check status.

Would love any help.

Thanks,

Christian

If you do then still have problems, please let us know. You would also need to check your server error logs if you are getting internal server errors. That will tell you where the issue is from. Its very likely your issues is on a 3rd party app somewhere, and that should give you an indication
