Prank Posted September 15, 2022 Share Posted September 15, 2022 Hi Guys, The upgrade to 8.0 is almost done. The site loads and runs fine. BUT I can't do anything in the admincp, I get fatal errors. The issue is the cached plugin file "template_0_77e511f3f597b974567a95c3a1860bbf_plugins.php" - it is throwing an exception; "PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Unparenthesized `a ? b : c ? d : e` is not supported" I thought I disabled all the non 8.0 supporting plugins and apps, but I guess not. I went through the DB to disable all the plugins. I left the applications because the update to 4.7.2 that I only did this morning already disabled all non 8.0 applications. I then deleted the contents of the cache tables (I made backups of each). I don't know what I can do now as I can't get into the cp to clear the caches or check status. Would love any help. It could be that they were being thrown before though, I only just disabled my Cloudflare cache. I've updated my access info with working details. Prank Posted September 15, 2022 Author Share Posted September 15, 2022 Argh!! I think my whole problem was that redis wasn't clearing on restart!! I had to run the cli followed by the commands FLUSHALL & FLUSHDB. 7.4 working fine. You would also need to check your server error logs if you are getting internal server errors. That will tell you where the issue is from.
