You're right I had private messages in mind. For example I use canned answers to encourage people to set up a profile picture (and explain to them how to do it). But I keep having to type the title manually, and copy paste their name manually inside my canned answer (to make it more personal). In my canned answer I've written PROFILE_PAGE and every time I send a message I have a to manually copy and paste/replace PROFILE_PAGE with their actual profile page URL, I wish this could be handled automatically.
