DudeThatsErin Posted July 25, 2022 Posted July 25, 2022 My db details are correct and I verified everything else looks fine. I don't understand why I am getting this permission denied error. I'm getting this when I visit https://riverandreef.store
Miss_B Posted July 25, 2022 Posted July 25, 2022 What was the latest change that was done to the forum prior to this happening?

Daniel F Posted July 25, 2022 Posted July 25, 2022 Did you adjust the db credentials in your confit file? Are the permissions for the uploads and datastore directory set?

Can you please tell us all the steps that you took to move your forum? Additionally have a look at this guide to make double sure that all the steps mentioned there were done correctly.

Downloaded a backup of the files and DB. Re-uploaded the files. Created a new DB and restored it. Changed DNS on domain. Configured the conf_global.php I can't get to the ACP or anything so as far as what I can do I've done all of those steps.
DudeThatsErin Posted August 1, 2022 Author Posted August 1, 2022 Bumping this cause it is still an issue I need resolved and I can’t think of what is causing it.
teraßyte Posted August 1, 2022 Posted August 1, 2022 Going to the url in the first post I get redirected to https://riverandreef.store/index.html right now. Anyway, just to double check, have you run the Requirements Checker in order to confirm all the needed extension are available?
Randy Calvert Posted August 2, 2022 Posted August 2, 2022 In addition make sure you have the correct htaccess file. Many times when people move servers they forget that or have a bad entry for the old server.
