Topic Summary next level use

By now the Topic Summary just some automation statistics data, it missing custom field ability where let us moderate some valuable posts as reply of some questions directly. 

Imagine that we are reading a topic with 100 posts? Any new users want to read it one by one to get some useful information? 🤔 

I would like use Topic Summary feature like below:

1. Ability for moderator to select that post and type a title, then that title with linked post appear in the summary section, something like the Popular Post

2. If already have custom title added in a topic, the posts (3 dots) show a link to open a pop-up where contain all custom titles, moderator click on a title to add that post, or add post to new title. 

With these abilities, a topic with so posts will be sorted, filtered and useful posts organized to be visited forever, and moderators can update it giving information accuracy. 

3. Widget to soft Topic Summary custom titles and let us place it anywhere of our ips website 

Ability to give Font color, style and size for title.

Example, I want to add title to this post as How to adding background image? 

That post title will enlisted in the Topic Summary. 

And that title enlisted at the sametime in a widget named as IPS CSS TIPS....
