DTL2012 Posted April 27, 2022 Posted April 27, 2022 For context, we have just added a Saved Action to solicit user feedback once a support request is resolved in a thread. Are we also able to use this Saved Action in private message threads to initiate the same feedback Typeform?

It would depend on what exactly is breaking it. You would need to contact the author of your theme for assistance in resolving this
Nathan Explosion Posted April 27, 2022 Posted April 27, 2022 The likely reason is that the ckeditor theme contained in the theme is missing the updated icons.png/icons_hidpi.png files, as those were updated with the addition of the lightning bolt when 4.6.7 was released.

Do you happen to know of any quick fixes without having to go through the theme author? Also not precious about it being that icon, even if we can just change it to the letter S or something- just to help our support team see which icon to click
