login page does not open

The members  face issues when they go to the login page

they get this message

This page isn’t working

www.officena.net redirected you too many times.

• Try clearing your cookies.

ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

 

 

Tried clearing the cookies ,and installed the latest forum upgrade

same issue persists

As mentioned in your other topic, you will want to check redirects/rewrites on your server. Something is not functioning correctly here.

The Host team updated the htaccess , and it is now working fine
