Hello,

I have a problem with the registration email.
When someone registers, they are asked to confirm their email, if they click the link, they are redirected back to the "Please confirm your email address" page.

If I remove the red part from the link, it works.
Is there any way to fix this?

We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.

We look forward to further assisting you.

We have had this problem since May 27th. Sometimes it does not disappear (for a couple of minutes), mostly from May 27th it appears steadily

No, the issue has not been resolved.
There is an endless redirect from the pages /index.php?app=core&module=system&controller=redirect&url=.... and /index.php?app=core&module=system&controller=register.... to /index.php?app=core&module=system&controller=register... (cyclically).

And are you using a default unaltered htaccess there?

Last edition of .htaccess file is September 2021. We have this problem 4 days only.

While I understand what you are saying there, we do need to ensure its being tested on the default. While your htaccess may not have changed since that date, if we have changed something and a custom htaccess rule is breaking things, that would need to be removed

We also had increased problems in our setup phase also with the standard htaccess file.

When we password protected our site for testing purposes, then the activation email did not work. Also the widget manager does not work then.

Maybe this experience will help to solve the problem.

Of course, we can temporarily return the file to the default in order to understand the reason for it or not. How can we download it?

You can download the default from System>Search Engine Optimisation

Even with the default file, these problems are observed.

On taking a look at your system, you are quite behind on updates. Please update your site to the latest release and then test again

All is ready

Could you please clarify? Have you now tested this on the latest release?

Yes, I checked and the problem is still there.
