When someone registers, they are asked to confirm their email, if they click the link, they are redirected back to the "Please confirm your email address" page. If I remove the red part from the link, it works. Marc Posted May 30, 2022 Posted May 30, 2022 Taking a look a the ticket, the issue in this case was a non standard htaccess file which was causing issues.

There is an endless redirect from the pages /index.php?app=core&module=system&controller=redirect&url=.... and /index.php?app=core&module=system&controller=register.... to /index.php?app=core&module=system&controller=register... (cyclically).

While your htaccess may not have changed since that date, if we have changed something and a custom htaccess rule is breaking things, that would need to be removed

When we password protected our site for testing purposes, then the activation email did not work. Also the widget manager does not work then. Maybe this experience will help to solve the problem.

How can we download it?
