mrssurv Posted March 26, 2022 Posted March 26, 2022 MrsSurvival.com I ran the last update. The site gave this error message: The owner asked about a few things not working right. There is a long list of error messages in the logs, during and after the last update, and an error notification in Admin. I clicked on the “fix”, but it did absolutely nothing. Our only hook is the Chat Box. It is displayed on your Default Theme, before logging in. After logging in it is no longer displayed. And the tab, to enter the chat area, displays, “you do not have permission”.

Jim M Posted March 26, 2022 Posted March 26, 2022 It looks like on your community, your upgrade has been completed and there are no remaining errors in the support tool. Could you please clarify if you're still having issues and with what?

That is the software functioning normally. A user there recently changed their email, password, or the unsubscribe link may have expired so they would not be able to unsubscibe from an email. They would first need to login. I would recommend downgrading the notifications you receive to at least a level 3 in ACP -> Support -> Error Logs -> Settings. Yes, if you have having issues with a third party application, you would need to contact the author.

I got this for the first time also on the 24th, but I sent out a bulk email for the first time in a year on that day. I typically use a newsletter app. I got five of these, triggered from the bulk email. I've never received these from regular email notifications that go out. mrssurv 1
