Could you please confirm which your communities this is for? It looks like the one you have selected this for is not on the most recent release so therefore, the recommendation would be to upgrade to the most recent release.

I can't update to the latest version at the moment. I have some very important apps and plugins that still don't work in the current version.

The community I'm asking for support is electronicabr.com

You will want to upgrade all third party applications/plugins to their compatible releases. There is an issue with one causing an error in the background tasks.

Advice would be to upgrade all or uninstall them completely if you are not using them. While, this one was likely Members Country, as you have so many, odds are you will encounter another if all are not compatible.

I already removed all that were generating error in the logs and updated most. Yesterday I disabled all plugins and applications and the tasks still do not work.

If necessary, you can disable them all to check what is happening.

Disabling will not prevent errors in background tasks, I'm afraid. You will need to upgrade or uninstall if you are no longer using it.

Good Morning! Almost resolved...

I found the application that was crashing the tasks in the logs.

I still have some unnecessary tasks from an application on the list. (There are ten tasks from the same app that are too slow to run)

Is there any way to delete them from the database? or another way to delete them Obs. I can't uninstall and install this application for this. this app has some tables that I can't miss them.

You would need to then either remove that application to remove the issue, or employ a developer to assist you with resolving the issue with that product

Where did you look in the logs to find it?
