I cannot get the support I paid for, please help!

I'm trying to open a support ticket via the client area but I'm getting this message:



Yet when I click that link to purchase I get this message:



I'm pretty sure I've paid for the highest level of support possible from IPB but I just keep getting sent around in circles.  I've sent an email to the billing department because that is the only email address I can find.  Does anyone have an email address for support so I can try to contact them as well?

I am sorry to hear of your issues with priority support. However, our accounts team will be able to resolve what is happening here as it may be a mistake between our old and new priority support packages but our accounts team will need to confirm.
