Unanswered Content in "My Activity Streams"

Hi. I miss an option here that would show unanswered content (topics with no reply).

I agree, I would love to see a stream with content without replies.

In the meantime, I did a quick search in the forums and found a topic with a third-party solution:

This was available prior IPS 4.3.6 but removed because of performance reasons.
