Marc Posted January 13, 2022 Posted January 13, 2022 Thats possible. Check in Support in the admin CP (top right of the Admin CP page), and see if anything is showing up in there. However it's a requirement of the software, so it would be unusual for this to be the case. Generally it will be a server blockage somewhere Cristian Romero 1
