Secret Voodoo acts to turn on Support Module?

As far as I can tell the module is enabled.   But I keep getting this screen.

I see an error code in the lower right.

Is there some other place to turn this on, or some step I am missing?

ACP > Applications. Two things to check:

  1. Make sure the application itself is online and available.
  2. Click the arrow to expand the moldules list, and make sure the Support module is enabled and groups have permission to access.
