Similar Content Block based on "Topic Titles"

Hi, will the "Similar Content" block based on "titles" and not on tags ever be available to users without ElasticSearch? 

I bought "Similar Topics Widget" plugin but it doesn't work as well as yours.

I use the plugin but off of content in the first post, which seems to work better for me than topic title. I also don't have elastic search enabled. Maybe try that?

I dont believe there are any plans for that at the present time, as it can cause performance issues
