Keith Kramer
It used to be when you made a post on your forums and then posted it on Facebook, it would show the first picture in the thread - along with the title. NOW when I try to do that, it will originally show this: Okay, so that's before I post it on FB. That looks how I want it to look. But when you post it, it turns in to this - a pic of my logo - and that isn't going to get any traction: I've reached out to customer service (lol) and they said it cannot be done. They said to go to APPEARANCE/THEMES, and said that the only thing that can be displayed is the DEFAULT SHARE IMAGE. This is a MAJOR issue while trying to get traffic to the forums. Anyone? Keith Kramer
Hey Sonya, thanks so much for the reply! 🙏 I'm extremely new to this new way of doing stuff here, so can you tell me: What am I buying? A plugin? After I buy it, what do I do?
Marc
if you purchase a 3rd party item, you should be able to install from the marketplace in your admin CP. You can read about how 3rd party items work in the following guide https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/community-enhancements/adding-3rd-party-content-r245/
