I want to place an ad in this space, where can I make this edit?

This is not something you can do without editing templates, so have moved this ticket to community support for you to see if there is someone who can assist. If I get chance at some point, I will have a look and see what I would do if I was to want to do the same there. Is this a product review?

I could try it on my own, I just need to know what the template is.

Unfortunately, the screenshot doesn’t even make it clear what app it is. So I wouldn’t know how to identify the template.

It's the reviews system, I thought it was global.

No, it’s not global. It’s part of the set of “Display Templates” assigned to the database. Found under Pages → Templates.
