sadams101 Posted September 27, 2021 Posted September 27, 2021 I have someone trying to register a new account but is being blocked. I have no manual blocks in place, and when I search for their IP I do see that they are being blocked in the spam defense longs. How do I unblock them? They are seeing: "You are not permitted to register a user account with this site." in a red banner at the top of the screen.

This would indicate that our Spam Defense system is outlining this user as a spammer (level 4) and per your settings, you have opted to reject registrations for level 4 users. You can either do as @Lucas James has suggested and manually register them or you can whitelist their email address/IP address in ACP -> Members -> Spam Prevention -> Whitelist (top right). sadams101 1
