Sharing on Linkedin pick the first image as shared image?

Not sure when this happened, but I just realized that when someone share a page now the system pick the first image in the post rather than the header image?

I have several links that even show the reaction since that is the first image 🙂

 

Is that just me, or have others this as well?

Which website? I checked the one in your signature. An og:image is in the code but calling it gives an “Access Denied” from Amazon.

Do you have an example of this, so I can see what you mean here? Im not seeing any issues on my test instance here, and if what opentype mentions is the case on all posts there, its likely what is causing your issues

I would suggest addressing these first of all, as they may well be what is causing the problem.

Check the default theme, it's the android icons 😉

Happy to fix it if you know why they don't play nice with AWS 🙂

Changing to jpg ensures that it works in all areas except Linkedin.

This being the case, it sounds very much like it's a linked in issue, rather than one of your own there
