Why has my custom Java and CSS disappeared?

It is possible that I'm being an idiot, as I don't really know what I'm doing... But is there a reason my Invision sites would stop me creating custom CSS and Java pages? 

 

The ability to create new "JSON" pages has gone and I can't see the ones I've already created. 

 

However when I create a new page, I can still apply them...

 

Sorry if this is a dumb question. I've started to learn web development just for Invision but I struggle sometimes.

Hi Nigel,

I think you're looking at the global theme editor instead of the specific to Pages.

The CSS and Javascript files for Pages are stored in a different place, go to AdminCP > Pages > Templates.
