Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
Chris027 Posted December 3, 2020 Posted December 3, 2020 Hi Guys, anyone seen this error before? I tried to upload the attached image file (inside a zip because the IPS forum gives me the same error) and received the error. I opened the file, resaved it as the same file type, and it worked just fine. G2.1_Series_UnityChassis_II_1760x.jpg.zip OK, found some additional info. It's a JPG, but macOS Preview also says it's a webp image.
bfarber Posted December 3, 2020 Posted December 3, 2020 Sounds like it's a webp image that has been renamed to ".jpg". If that is the case, our backend won't be able to process it properly and that would explain the error. Chris027 1
