Since upgrading to 4.5.4 I have had several instances of members clicking the submit reply button many times and the posts are posted, just had one that clicked it 10 times! I thought this was fixed long ago? What am I missing?

You can’t ask for a fix in the peer 2 peer support. You need to submit a ticket as it shouldn’t be doing this.

I am unaware of any outstanding bug that would allow someone to click submit 2+ times to submit more than once.

There was recently a bug fix submitted for review that allowed users to hit CTRL+ENTER (I think it was, I'm going off memory here) to submit more than once. That will be fixed for 4.5.5.
