IPS Collaboration - forum for members invited

I am using Clubs heavily, as IPS sell point, collaboration of team discussion.

Please consider add ability to create clubs forums(by default it call Topics) with Members permission, I mean creating a forum where we can select which club members can see and participating in it, after that leader or moderators with permission can invite more club members or remove current members.

The club is used as a school community, by the nature of different departments manage their own topics and specific teachers for different teams, the school need ability to create forums for differents departments only for specific teachers. 

The user case is as the ips clubs features say, communities inside my website, so the need is club leader manage their community inside their club.
