But I was hoping to also be able to send a pm when that person has their group changed. So when they are added the new group tag, they will get a separate private message. I would only want them to receive this once though, so I can't just send it to everyone in that group over and over. Is this possible? Thanks! Afrodude Posted June 26, 2020 Share Posted June 26, 2020 @Kitty Blu For the sending a private message whenever someone joins the forum is easier than having a rule by using this free applicate, and for sending the member about his group changed you will need to ask a 3d party developer to create such application for that. Yeah, I need it to specifically send the member (who was just promoted) a private message from a specific recruitment officer, with a template message. I'll start hunting around for a plugin I guess.
