forum option --> write permission only when postcount > 50

Is there an option or addon available to set the forum permission to a given maximum post count a user haven't to exceed to get write permission?

I want to set up part of a forum to allow new members to talk with each others. Thanks.

When you edit a forum, under Forum Settings you have this option: Minimum content count to see forum. 

But it looks to me like you want users to see the forum, but not post until they reach a certain content count. I have not seen any such plugin myself. Have you looked in the MP?

I would use group promotion and set permission for the groups as you want.
