I have just double checked, we pushed out a patch on Feb 26th for Spotify embeds and Bit.ly v4 API. If you're still having an issue with Bit.ly, please submit a ticket.

Tahk you. Issue has been solved by suuport.

Support for older APIs has ended. Existing integrations with API V3 will stop working very soon.

 If you’ve not started, please begin your move to API V4 immediately to avoid any disruptions in your Bitly-supported services.

If you install the patch in your Support tool, you're good to go and don't have anything further to worry about. They're simply notifying you that you were recently using the old API. The patch from the support tool will use the new API moving forward.
