February 14, 20204 yr No. You should see an invoice here:https://invisioncommunity.com/clients/purchases/ I've had clients come to me about this. I think this is probably something that needs to be addressed. The renewal option should really be showing on the downloads page itself.

February 14, 20204 yr Mmh, that sounds like a bug indeed. Can you screenshot the page "Pay Now" redirects you to? Does it just send you back to the file?
