Hi.

Can someone explain to me what I have to do to renew my previously purchased accessories.

This shouldn't be the case. Any purchased file should be listed there. Please submit a support request in our client area if you're missing something there.

Lately that happens and I don't know why, the fact is that I have bought it but they have to generate an invoice

No, I bought it from the original author in the IPB market

I've had clients come to me about this. I think this is probably something that needs to be addressed. The renewal option should really be showing on the downloads page itself.

But why i can't renew this:

When I click "Pay Now", I see only "Buy now $25". 😞

Mmh, that sounds like a bug indeed.

Can you screenshot the page "Pay Now" redirects you to? Does it just send you back to the file?

Hmm... Now it'k OK - "Renew, $8".

I don't know how, but the problem is resolved. :)

Woo! Glad it resolved itself!

Software is mysterious sometimes.

But on the add-on's page still only "Buy", there is no button "Renew" :)

Yeah, I agree that is a problem. I've had clients come to me confused about that too.

Hopefully something that can be improved in a future release!

We're aware of this, I've started an internal discussion about this could be improved a while ago.

From this man it is better not to buy anything and download it for free from sites dedicated to that.

Yes, I've been wanting to update the application for many days and nobody helps me.

Ok. You sent a message in Jan/20. I replied in the very same day saying that this is handled only by IPS Management team and I suggested you to submit a ticket to IPS.

On Jan/21 you added @Lindy to conversation, which wasn’t what I suggested. Lindy didn’t read it so far.

But honestly, after this:

I did not advise anyone, but no attention is paid.

Do you think it's normal for me to pay for an application and I've been wanting to update for 2 months and can't?

above I pamper a user and Makoto as a developer helped until he could update his complement.

Do you now bother to get against me?
