I'm not able to find it anywhere as I closed the browser tab it was in and I need to make edits to it before it was set to be published on (tomorrow).

As long as you have moderator approval to approve blog entries, you should find the entry in your blog.  

This is assuming you saved the blog article.  

If you didn't save the blog article, you might be able to reopen a new blog entry's editor and hope that your browser saved the session.
