Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
CaliPilot Posted October 23, 2019 Posted October 23, 2019 Hi, we get a lot complaints in the recent few months from users who are unable to register a new account on our community. If we try to register with their data (Username and EMail) it works as intended. Is there a way to track why someone fails in the process? Thanks Chris
opentype Posted October 23, 2019 Posted October 23, 2019 Thirst thing would be to ask them for details. Did they get an error message? Which one? Did they not get their verification email? And so on.

Adriano Faria Posted October 31, 2019 Posted October 31, 2019 It can be the Spam Serverice. Take a look in Spam Prevencion Logs in your ACP. It also can be a bad email address; take a look in your Ban Settings.
