bfarber Posted October 21, 2019 Share Posted October 21, 2019 Yes, once you've converted to utf8mb4 fully, you won't see the link again. If you have later added a new table that isn't utf8mb4, you can either edit conf_global.php to get the link to show up again, or you can manually adjust the table in phpmyadmin assuming it's already utf8.
