Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
Large Scale Planes Posted July 18, 2019 Posted July 18, 2019 Hi everyone, I've recently patched our install to v4.4.4, and now have a series of legacy notifications in ACP that generate template errors: Quote [[Template core/admin/notifications/indexBlock is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme.]] There's one for each notification (about 9 in total), all run together in a single paragraph. I've tried the "something went wrong" fix in the Support section, but with no luck. Any suggestions before I open a support ticket? Kev
bfarber Posted July 19, 2019 Posted July 19, 2019 Is your AdminCP set to use the default theme? If not, that's the first step I would take. After that, use the support tool to disable all third party customizations (i.e. a plugin could be causing the error). If that doesn't resolve the problem, then yes a support ticket is your next step.

I'll double-check, however. Kev
Large Scale Planes Posted July 19, 2019 Author Posted July 19, 2019 Thanks! That is exactly my problem, in that it relates exclusively to notifications about emails not sending. Guess I need to log a support ticket now. Kev
Brainy S. Posted July 28, 2019 Posted July 28, 2019 I had the same issue after upgrading to 4.4.4 (from 4.3.x). In my case I had to + Add Theme / Easy Mode to create a new updated 4.4.4 theme and used that as my AdminCP default.
