Members Shop + Rules help needed

We have recently installed Members Shop and now we wish to award 100 bonus points to all 16K members with help of rules.

Below is the best way I figured out but don't know what PHP code I input to run a query for all the registered members.

Appreciate your help and thanks in advance.

you don't need rules to give one time bonuses

ACP > Members Shop > Points > Settings then the award points button
