I've moved the last of my board to a new server. After the move I miss on the board (see picture) all the forums. But I have the right permission for all forums. Where could the mistake lie?

Visit the Admin Control Panel (ACP) , does this work properly / look OK ?

When you are in there run the 'Support' tool > "Something is not working..." , there is a link on the top right of the ACP for this tool and also one on the lower left side too.

You only need to run it until it says it has cleared the cache etc usually no further than that step.

Now view the front end / public side of your site again, Refresh the page. Is it any better ? 😀
