Hello, the system is not sending the confirmation email, where do I find any configuration manual?
Make sure your Email settings in the admin panel are correct, and if using a domain which you own, that the SPF and DKIM records are in place.
As well, if emails are being sent to certain providers such as Hotmail or Outlook, keep in mind that those services flag spam very aggressively, often too much so.
If you continue to have issues after verifying the above, please file a ticket to Support and we'll be glad to assist you.

In the menu, go to Support > Help Guides.
Also, send in a support ticket from the Client Area.
