Can't confirm at all.

  1. Installed 4.0.1 - without problems.
  2. Uninstalled it.
  3. Installed 4.0.0 - without problems.
  4. Uninstalled it.
  5. Installed 3.1.3.1 - withour problems.
  6. Upgraded to 4.0.0 - without problems.
  7. Upgraded to 4.0.1 - without problems.
  8. Uninstalled it.

Everything works fine. Maybe there is problem with Marketplace installing?

I tried to update from 3.1.3 via marketplace on my AdminCP - but it failed, it starts at -30% and says updating to version 4.0.0 but makes no progress. I am latest version of invision - which may be the problem? Help welcomed thanks!

If PM Viewer is enabled, then when editing private messages, it gives an error

If you turn off the application, then everything is fine.

Try with 4.0.2 (once approved as stated above), please.

Thanks - but same problem- except this time it starts at -60%(!) it says Database changes applied for version 4.0.0 but then makes no progress beyond the -60%.

OK, let me check it.

I just installed as a fresh installation 3.1.3 version then upgraded to 4.0.2 succesfully in one second.

May I get your ACP details to check what's going on?

Hello @DawPi. Since we have updated the plugin for 4.5 IPB version, if we want to see new PM, we must rebuild all conversations each time. Otherwise, new conversations never appears in the list.

It has been fixed. Let me check another bug and I'll send new version for all.

@Olmyster, @daunk - your issues should be fixed in 4.0.3 (which is pending approval):

  • fixed bug related to sending new conversations,
  • changed upgrade process from rebuilding it during upgrade to queue task which will perform all job after upgrade. It will speed up the whole upgrade process.

Just bought and installed this plugin, got an EXO error when I try to view any conversations.

I have "rebuilt conversations" after new install, but still get this error screen.

Can you please advise?

PM Viewer version 4.0.2

Invision board version 4.5.2

What the hell is going on with this error? I'm stuck. It's installing (via file) on all tested board successfully. Maybe it's something related to ACP app installer? Could  you provide more detailed log from acp error logs, please?

I did a test installation from marketplace and everything went fine. I've tried reproduce it on mine online test board, but I can't. Whole installation process - via file or from MP - working well. 😮

Hi, it installed fine, seemingly at least. It's just when I try to view any conversations.

The System Log for today, which is just when I installed the plugin.

Thanks for taking a look.

That log isnt obvious for me at all.
As I said - app is installing from MP and file without any problems. Could you send ticket to IPS to investigate it?

Okay, will try Invision, hope they will be willing to look as it's not an Invision item.

Thank you for looking.
