Is there someone who can help me understand this problem? When trying to give an award to a member, this error comes up.

I have contacted the author, but no response.

This error was probably caused by application Awards.
If the issue persists, disable it and contact the author for further assistance.

As this is a third party application, you may wish to check the author's download page in the Marketplace for their official support information. The author would be able to provide the best support for their application.

Usually such issues are logged to the System Log, available in the AdminCP (use the live search to look for "system log").
