Star ratings log

Is there any possibility of checking who is giving star ratings to content and / or how did they rate? We have a plague of 1-starring morons and I want to target them in order to put them into a group that can't rate content. 

I don't want to turn off the system but may be forced to. Reviews aren't an alternative here, stars were OK because they work for lazier users :).

For the second one, you can use:

For the first one, ratings are stored in core_ratings table. I don't remember any plugin to display them.

Resurrecting this, but is there a way to block someone from using ratings without adding them to a different member group?
