Does changing FURL break old links? 301?

Hi,

I am thinking of changing several furls just like forums to foros or files to descargas. I was wondering if IPS has any kind to preserve the link with the original FURLs and use a 301 redirect to the new ones.

My question is, if I change this FURLs, will I break my forum old links? Is here any workaround, any .htaccess to make this possible?

I'd like to move the following links:

/forums/ to /foros/

/forums/forum/ to /foros/foro/

/files/ to /descargas/

/files/category/ to /descargas/categoria/

/files/file to /descargas/fichero

@Nathan Explosion will probably know more about this than me, but if you're looking for URL customization, this is available in the ACP.  

Go to ACP > System > Advanced Configuration > 'Friendly URLs' tab

If Invision doesn't handle it natively, .htaccess rewrites will solve the problem.
