Why the "Quote selection" doesn't work? The button doesn't show off.

Feel free to submit a ticket, although honestly I'd recommend just using a more modern browser all around. IE11 will be left behind as the internet progresses.

You won't be able to (easily) but since the fix for the issue was just supplied I'll go ahead and push a patch for review to be included in an upcoming maintenance release.
