Unable to upload themes for 4.3?

We recently updated to the 4.3 update, and due to changes to the platform we need to update our theme. We use the theme 'Villain' from IPSFocus, however whenever we upload the new theme we get the following error:

I tried to also upload another theme (Mind) as a test however I got the same error.

I confirmed the directory permissions are 777 for 'uploads', 'datastore', 'uploads/logs', 'plugins' and 'applications' as required in the initial installation process.

Log a ticket with support.

For test - Download Default IPS Theme and reupload it

I say it's good idea to upload new theme anyway!
