Announcement text can't be seen in version 4.3

I've updated my website to the latest version and I've noticed that the text in the announcement box can't be seen.

I figure it out. There's a setting within the announcement where you can change the color etc.

Simply editing and saving the announcement (without changes) should reset the color. However, I have included a fix in 4.3.1.
