I'm using 4.3 beta.  Is there a way to disable the download of images, from Gallery, under the Image Tools?

No, since you can right click and save any image on the internet anyways. That said, if you wanted to remove the link you could certainly modify the theme template to do so.

 

@bfarber , I understand there are other ways to download the images.  I was able to get a custom plugin done for this and it will help me cater to my niche: pro photographers.  There are still ways to grab the image; i.e.; screenshots.  But, anything I can do to appease my clientele is helpful.  Just a thought.

Thanks to @onlyME for customizing a plugin to remove the "download" link and disable right click (with a copyright message)! Oh, and the removal option for full screen too!  Love'n it!
