Sheffielder Posted February 28, 2018 Posted February 28, 2018 Got someone trying to register on the site They tried and get this error message They're using a btinternet email address which I have permitted I don't have any IP addresses in a ban filter Any ideas?
Woodsman Posted February 28, 2018 Posted February 28, 2018 Do you have your permissions set to accept new Members? ACP > Members > Members Settings > Registration. Turn on or off as needed then save.

Sheffielder Posted March 2, 2018 Author Posted March 2, 2018 For those wondering it was the spam filter showing a new signup as a '4' The setting I had it on was 'do not allow member to register an account' Changed the setting on '4' to manually flag for review and all is good again Thanks guys
