Error code?

Some of my members have started getting this error when trying to reset their password, running 4.1 version

Sorry, there is a problem

You are not awaiting validation for a lost password request.

Error code: 2S151/1

The error message is fairly clear. It would happen if there isn't a validation record for the link the members are following.

The first step I would take is to upgrade to the latest release, and then confirm if the issue is still occurring. If it is, I would recommend submitting a ticket.

Thanks Brandon, found out that folks were clicking on the forgotten password link while logged in so that was the issue but I did go ahead and upgrade to 4.2.7 anyway and I have to tell you that was the easiest upgrade that I have done since I have been with IPS since 2003! Now if I can just get the post numbers back that Matt made a plugin for earlier versions I would be happy..
