Hello Everybody,
We have tried to get in contact with IPS support for over a month now, but have not heard from them. We have sent 3 e-mails to IPS support and have also received their standard reply that tells, that they will get back to us as soon as possible. Normally IPS support replies within 24-48 hours. 

Have anyone else experienced the same thing?

I apologize for the delayed response. This was a bit of a non-standard scenario (i.e. not a general sales or support request) and is being assigned out. I see Charles responded earlier today - feel free to follow up if you have any more questions.
